Dr Thiara is one of our cosmetic doctors and co-founder. He graduated in 2014 from Keele Medical School with an Honours & distinction. As a fully qualified doctor he has worked in the NHS gaining experience in A&E, Surgery, Intensive care and Medicine.
He worked as an Anaesthetist NHS doctor
specialising in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Medicine (ICU) for many years alongside his cosmetic practice.
His knowledge and skills in cosmetic medicine have allowed him to become the CEO for Derma Medical (the worlds largest Aesthetics training academy), where he trains other healthcare professionals in Mayfair, London and Internationally.
He is also a Key Opinion Leader for Dermal Filler Manufacturers Intraline and advises on many industry panels and boards.

Dr Devine is a leading Harley Street Aesthetic Doctor with expertise and natural flair for a wide range of non-invasive cosmetic procedures. After graduating in 2013 from King's College London medical school, Dr Devine qualified as a GP in 2020 and continues to balance his time between NHS duties and his passion for Aesthetic Medicine.
He boasts an impressive CV having previously worked for 2 highly acclaimed and internationally recognised Harley Street clinics. Over the past 7 years, he has mastered his skill in Aesthetic Medicine having successfully performed thousands of procedures.
Dr Devine’s attention to detail and impressive natural results have made him a recognised name within the Aesthetics industry.
His ability was recognised by the highly acclaimed Harley Street Skin Clinic which went on to recruit him. His talent gained the attention of the international award-winning clinic, The Consultant Clinic, who later requested he joins their exclusive team. Through his work with The Consultant Clinic and HSSC, Dr Devine performed thousands of cosmetic treatments across the UK and made a name for himself as an expert in this field.
Dr Devine is a strong advocate for patient safety and strives to empower his clients with knowledge and information, guiding them on their Aesthetic journey. His devotion to patients led to becoming part of the team at Tiara Aesthetics.
Dr Richard Devine, MBBS, MSc, MRCGP
Harpreet is an independent prescribing pharmacist with vast clinical knowledge from her work on medical/surgical wards in hospitals for 6 years. She trained with Derma Medical UK in 2017 to become a certified Aesthetic Practitioner and co-founded Tiara Aesthetics shortly after qualifying. Harpreet has since developed a specialist interest in skincare along with a keen eye for beauty. Harpreet works hard to bring our patients the best aesthetics experience possible, across all our clinics. She often consults patients on the best and most suitable Cosmetic procedures, skincare advice and what to expect with each treatment post procedures. Harpreet takes on our patient co-ordinator role to help guide patients with non-surgical treatments and keeps our standards, quality and customer service in line with gold standards.

Dr Thiara has extensive experience in the most advanced of aesthetic procedures and regularly teaches to masterclass level in aesthetics at Derma Medical Courses in aesthetic medicine, where he trains other surgeons, doctors, nurses and dentists from all over the world the art of aesthetic medicine. This is a testament to his prowess in this field.
